这是我这星期试的一支酒,期间为刚开瓶、10分钟、20分钟、半小时、第二天到第四天。
这瓶获选为Double Gold Medal-Wining claret.Grand cru St.-Emilion quality superb value,在其品质上,让我惊艳! 能获选为Superb Value 其意义为质量高与价钱低,才能够成"超值"的条件。
这瓶酒,在刚开瓶时还闷闷的,有点湿滑草地的泥土味 ,10分钟后,仍然是如此;20分后,雨后天晴,奔放又优雅的莓果味、黑醋栗油然而生,中度酒体、细致的单宁,完全跳脱波尔多的想象(其实没那么严重啦!!);30分钟后,仍然维持着适饮的高度。(第二杯开始,我就不客气啦!!)
第二天,就像是从第一天的20分钟后开始,直接略去酒醒的时间,完全进入浑然忘我的状态(我是说我自己啦!!);搭配干的卤味,尤其是辣的鸭翅、豆干,都相当的对味,另外一提的是,其为Merlot-Cabernet的混合,柔顺的口感加上尾韵的香甜,根本不会在乎13%的酒精。
第三天,口感更加柔和,但是果香味慢慢的无法集中,一倒出瓶口,就散开了来,不过这时候搭配食物,或是坚果,就非常对味了!!
第四天,也就是现在,口感依然柔顺,但是莓果香、黑醋栗已渐渐消散,多了点酒精的风味,但仍然适饮,这时候你还会想要放到第五天吗?

Chateau Roque Le Mayne 2002 is made by 37-year-old owner/winemaker, Jean-Fran?ois Maynard. His family have owned the property for three generations, but since he assumed control, Jean-Fran?ois' ability to craft claret of magnificent depth, body and fine plumy flavors – even in years his neighbors are struggling – has attracted the serious attention of the French wine press … and medals have started to roll in.
As one Bordeaux aficionado put it, “if it weren’t for the political dividing line from Saint-Emilion, the wines of the C?tes de Castillon would be twice or three times the price". Chateau Roque Le Mayne is all you’d expect from a Grand Cru bottle – bar the price!
Vivid bright ruby colors. An abundance of fine concentrated, succulent plum and bramble aromas and flavors so beloved of Saint-Emilion fans. It would grace any dinner party table, Decant – and let your guests guess from where in St-Emilion it comes!
