2004的酒颜色澄清、口感平顺、酒体平衡。
阿尔萨斯产区2004年份的酒我个人很喜欢：活泼、清爽、平衡，具有清晰的果香和透明度，terroirs的特征很好的被表达了出来。我品尝了76瓶最近发布的雷司令（Riesling）和琼瑶浆（Gewürztraminers），其中1/3能在Wine Spectator的百分制打分中获得杰出的分数（90分以上）。
04年的雷司令很干，具有清新的酸度。琼瑶浆似乎要贵一点（因为今年收获的葡萄含有更多的糖分），但确实表现出很好的口感和平衡度。Josmeyer这个牌子的酒是其中最干的。
