Before signing for your goods, carefully check whether the goods delivered are consistent with the content on Shipping Order. If missed goods, wrong delivery, or damaged package is detected, put it forward to the deliveryman and ask for disposal. Any problems occur afterwards will not be accepted.
Opened bottles of wine shall not be returned or exchanged;
Damage of goods resulted from improper operation of customers shall not be returned or exchanged (for example, opening the bottle with anything other than a standard decrowner);
Goods returned or for exchange shall be intact enough in packaging for second distribution, and provided with invoice and Shipping Order;
Expenses incurred for reasons on customer side shall be covered by customer itself;
In case no agreement is reached between customer and Winekee.com about the product issue, the deal shall call off.
In case of quality problem confirmed by Quality Service Dept., we will offer free return or exchange service for you. Please go through the return or exchange formalities within three days upon receipt of goods and provide the intact product outer package, the original products, invoice, Shipping Order and reasons for rejection.
The quality problems shall include:
1. Outer packaging damages, such as damaged label, cap and burst of bottle, etc.
2. Outflow of wine.
3. Expired shelf life.
4. Inconformity to national or industrial standards.
5. Counterfeit products.
