Before signing for the parcel, please
1. Check if the package is intact without damage;
2. Do check the quantity and variety of goods according to Shipping Order.
If the goods or package is found damaged or wrong goods are delivered, please do not sign for the goods and contact the customer service as soon as possible. If some of your goods are found missing, please note on Shipping Order about the name and quantity of goods missed and whether the parcel is damaged and notify our customer service. Upon confirmation your goods will be redelivered without charging you any delivery fee otherwise.
