·       owner of “ La Tagliatella “ restaurant since 1991;

·       in 1995 started wine school ( AIS ) and in 1999 graduated like professional sommelier ;

·       in 2003 the first place in BEST TUSCANY SOMMELIER;

·       in 2003 started to teach in AIS;

·       in 2005 the first place in  MASTER OF SANGIOVESE GRAPE ( another important Italian wine competition );

·       from 2006 to 2008 the second place in ITALIAN SOMMELIER CHAMPIONSHIP;

·       since 2008 the coo-responsible for Tuscany AIS of competitions school;

·       in 2009 the third place in MASTER DEI VINI DOLCI E PASSITI ( sweet wines );

·       since 2001 working in VINEXPO ( a fair in Bourdeaux ) for Tuscany Region;

·       since 2005 working in LONDON WINE FAIR for Tuscany Region;
