If invoice is required, please fill in the invoice title and content correctly. Your goods will be delivered along with the invoice. The content of invoice shall be “wine” or “gift”.

One invoice for one package. If the title, content or sum of invoice is inconsistent with the order content upon receiving the invoice, please contact the customer center for confirmation. A new invoice shall only be issued after the original one is returned.

The invoice amount shall not be higher than the order amount. The delivery charge can be included in invoice amount.

For value-added tax invoice we strictly require you to provide the accurate information of full name of your company, address, bank of deposit and account, telephone number, Tax Registration Certificate number and your General Taxpayer Certificate, and fax them to the Winekee.com along with the Shipping Order.

Notes on re-issuance of invoice: only orders subscribed within one month are entitled to reissuance of invoice, with the Shipping Order duly provided. The Shipping Order received along with your goods at the time of delivery is the only evidence for you to get access to rejection of goods and re-issuance of invoice. If no invoice is contained in the package your goods, please provide your valid address for sending you a reissued invoice.
