Ordering Process:

1. Log-in/Registration

If you are not yet a member of winekee, please Register Now.

If you are a member of winekee, please log in and you will see your orders.

2. Choose Your Favorites

Whenever you find anything interesting in the “Wine ? Service” column, you may either click the button “Buy” to put the product into “My Shopping Cart”, or click “Add to My Favorites” for later reference.

3. Confirm the type and quantity of products ordered.

4. Fill out receiver information, delivery style and Type of Payment.

5. Submit Your Order

After finishing the above-said ordering process, click the “Acknowledgement of Order”. Upon submission of order, the page will show your order number and send you an Email for confirmation. If an invoice is required, please fill in the title of invoice.
If an order is submitted on non-working days, then the successive working day shall be the effect date of the order.

6. Enter the Settlement System

Reconfirm your order information and payment amount.

7. Wait for Our Customer Service Call\

The customer service of Winekee.com will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order and notify the actual time of delivery.
